You can count on hearing from me regularly as we move through
the planning of your wedding. I want you to feel free to
call or drop me notes as questions arise – my goal is for you to be
completely relaxed and clear on the entire process. Prior to your
arrival in Mendocino, you’ll receive an informal schedule
of how your wedding and photography session will proceed. There are
no hard and fast rules. It’s your day, you set the pace!

If you purchase the Dinner Package, there will be a certificate waiting for you
at your table when you arrive at the Cafe Beaujolais. Your flowers and cake will be delivered
directly to your lodging place or wedding venue, whatever works best for you.

Ten minutes or so before your ceremony, your photographer and I
will meet you at your chosen location. Once you are married,
and following your “first kiss” photos, I will have your marriage
license witnessed, and then I leave. You will be one on one with
your photographer for the remainder of your photo session.

I will sign off on your license and ensure that it is returned
to the Recorder’s Office for official filing with the State of
California. You can generally apply for a certified copy of your
license two to four weeks following your wedding. When you obtain
your license, the clerk will answer any questions you may have
and provide you with all the paperwork you’ll need.
Your photos will be provided directly from your photographer and you
may expect them two to twelve weeks following your ceremony.

Additional flowers, cascading bouquets, floral headbands, hand-crafted sugar
flowers, and confections such as cupcakes, tarts, or hand-decorated
sugar cookies, will all be considered upgrades to your package.
Additional charges may be applied after consultation.

If your wedding party exceeds six and/or if your wedding venue is
located outside of the Mendocino/Fort Bragg area, additional charges
for time and mileage may be assessed.
