My love of nature and the ocean, the arts, unique people and fashion,
massive redwood trees, and fresh, sweet, clean air is what brought me
to Mendocino. I can truly say I have “found home”. This amazing
coastal lifestyle is what sparked my passion to start Elope Mendocino –
a wedding service for couples who want an unconventional, effortless
and stress-free ceremony unique only to them and to their special
day of commitment.

After high school in the Midwest, I migrated to Northern California
to attend UC Berkeley for my psychology degree. I went on to obtain
a dual Masters Degree at John F. Kennedy University. During my time
at UC Berkeley, I had the honor of working as Social Coordinator at
the official residence for UC Berkeley Presidents. There at Blake House,
I orchestrated a myriad of events, from huge receptions and dinners to
numerous press briefings, before seeking a career in bio-pharmaceutical law.

After years in the Bay Area corporate pressure cooker, I moved to
Mendocino’s north coast. There really is no place on earth quite like it!
I found myself working in the hospitality industry, a transition that
was natural for me, eventually paving the way for me to start Elope Mendocino.

Whatever your heart’s desire, I will happily work with you to create a
unique experience that you will cherish forever – one that you can afford
and fit into your busy schedule. I collaborate with the crème de la crème
of local florists, pastry chefs and photographers on the coast.
